摘要
为了使葡萄常规贮藏库实现冰温贮藏条件,利用自研的冰温贮藏小温差精确控制系统对常规冷库进行改造研究。结果表明:改造后的常规冷库温差为0.4℃,实现了冰温贮藏条件,而且改造成本低,能耗小;与常规冷库贮藏的红提葡萄相比,腐烂率降低了13%,果梗新鲜,无SO_2伤害。
In order to realize the ice temperature storage condition of grape conventional storage,the modification of conventional cold storage was carried out by using the self-developed small temperature difference control system of ice temperature storage.The results showed that the temperature difference of the conventional cold storage was 0.4℃and the storage condition of ice temperature was realized with low cost.The rotting rate was reduced by 13%compared with those stored in conventional cold storage and the fruit stem was fresh without SO2 damage.
