摘要
近年来,随着食品行业的快速发展,食品添加剂已经成为现代食品业中的重要组成部分,现代食品的加工过程实际上就是添加剂使用的过程。虽然说食品添加剂能够给食品带来外观上和口感上的改变,延长食品的保质期,但是不合理的添加也会威胁到食品的安全。本文就以此为中心,结合工作实际,对当前食品添加剂的使用对食品安全的影响问题进行分析,并提出具体的解决措施。
In recent years, with the rapid development of food industry, food additives have become an important part of modern food industry, modern food processing process is actually the use of additives in the process.
