摘要 研究牡丹籽毛油的溶剂萃取脱酸工艺,通过单因素试验和正交试验得到牡丹籽毛油的最佳萃取脱酸工艺条件为:以95%乙醇溶液为萃取溶剂,萃取次数3次、料液比1∶2.5(g/m L)、萃取温度40 ℃、萃取时间20 min。在该最佳条件下,游离脂肪酸脱除率为93.12%,脱酸得油率为83.23%;牡丹籽油的酸值由10.18 mg KOH/g降到0.70 mg KOH/g,仍然保持牡丹籽油特有的清香味,达到后续深加工和开发利用的品质要求。 The deacidification of crude peony seed oil by a solvent extraction method which can avoid the flavor deterioration of peony seed oil when purified by alkali refining was optimized using single factor and orthogonal array experiments. The optimal extraction conditions were determined to be 20 min extractions at 40 ℃ performed three times using 95% ethanol as the extraction solvent with a solid to solvent ratio of 1:2.5(g/m L), resulting in a removal rate of free fatty acids of 93.12% and a deacidified oil yield of 83.23%. After the deacidification process, the acid value of peony seed oil could be reduced from 10.18 to 0.70 mg KOH/g while maintaining the delicate scent of peony seed oil. The quality of peony seed oil was suitable for subsequent processing.
