摘要
作为花卉副产物高附加值再利用的经典产品,牡丹籽油因富含不饱和脂肪酸尤其是亚麻酸而受到广泛关注,其成分结构合理且营养价值较高,因而发展潜力巨大。本文分析了牡丹籽油的组分构成、生物活性以及稳定性,总结了当前牡丹籽油的提取方法,分析探讨了近年来牡丹籽油的应用价值,并且对牡丹籽油的发展前景做出了展望,以期能为牡丹籽油的进一步利用提供理论依据。
As a classic product with high added-value reuse of flower by-products, peony seed oil is widely concerned because it is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, especially linolenic acid. It has reasonable composition and high nutritional value, so it has great development potential. This paper analyzed the composition, biological activity and stability of peony seed oil, summarized the current extraction methods of peony seed oil, analyzed and discussed the application value of peony seed oil in recent years, and prospectsed the development of peony seed oil, aimed to provide a theoretical basis for the further opplication of peony seed oil.
