摘要
自体脂肪来源于自身组织,获取方便,组织相容性好,作为一种软组织填充材料显示出了良好的优势而被广泛关注。目前,在基础研究和临床应用方面自体脂肪移植已经积累了一些观点和经验。但在临床操作规范方面还缺少专家们的共识。由于术后出现并发症的比例较高,所以该项技术在广泛应用的同时也备受争议。近年来,在自体脂肪移植方面出现了较多新方法和新技术,从而使自体脂肪游离移植的成活率得到了有效的提升。现就自体脂肪移植的新进展和热点问题进行探讨,以期使此项技术能更好地服务于临床。
Autologous adipose comes from autologous tissue,which is easy to obtain and has good histocompatibility.As a soft tissue filling material,autologous adipose has shown appealing advantages and has attracted a lot of attention.At present,in the basic and clinical fields,autologous adipose transplantation has accumulated some a reputation,with ssome proponents and some detractors.However,due to the lack of uniform clinical practice norms and consensus,various complications often occur after surgery.The complications in connection with adipose transplantation make this technology full of controversy.In recent years,many new methods and technologies have emerged,which have effectively improved the survival rate of autologous adipose transplantation.This article discusses this new progress and current issues in autologous adipose transplantation in order to allow this technology to better serve the majority of patients and those seeking aesthetic improvement.
