摘要
在房地产开发资源有限的情况下,房地产开发市场土地和资本匹配不协调导致资源浪费和相应的房地产开发成本增加。针对此问题,依托Anylogic仿真建模平台构建了区域内房地产开发市场土地和资本资源匹配模型。首先,对房地产开发市场土地和资本资源匹配模型进行了仿真试验;其次,对仿真试验结果进行优化处理,实现了房地产开发成本最低化的土地和资本匹配目标;最后,通过案例验证了基于Anylogic仿真建模平台构建房地产开发市场仿真系统的可行性。
Under the condition of limited resources for real estate development,the mismatch between land and capital in the real estate development market leads to waste of resources and corresponding increase in real estate development costs.To solve this problem,relying on Anylogic simulation modeling platform,the matching model of land and capital resources in the real estate development market in the region is established.First of all,simulation experiment is carried out through the real estate development market land and capital matching model.Secondly,the simulation results are optimized to achieve the real estate development cost minimization of land and capital matching goals.Finally,the feasibility of building a real estate market simulation system based on Anylogic platform is verified by a case study.
