摘要 针对门诊病人检查排队时间长的问题,在医疗资源有限的情况下,研究门诊检查路径选择策略,减少排队时间。基于离散事件仿真,构建智慧医疗环境下门诊检查路径选择策略仿真模型,利用AnyLogic仿真软件予以实现。采用病人平均逗留时间、平均排队时间及平均服务系数为评价指标,比较不同病人到达率下各种路径选择策略的效果。仿真结果表明,通过对检查项目的顺序进行调整,能够有效地减少病人平均排队时间,其中综合考虑检查科室及病人实时状态的路径选择策略效果最优。 Aiming at the long queuing time for outpatients, the outpatient examination route choice strategies were studied to re duce the queuing time on the premise of limited medical resources. Based on discrete event simulation, a simulation model of out- patient examination route choice strategies was built up. The simulation experiments were carried out using AnyLogic simulation software. The effects of different route choice strategies were evaluated by three performance metrics including average stay time, average queuing time and average service coefficient under different arrival rate of outpatients. Results of simulation show that it can effectively reduce the average queuing time by adjusting the order of examination items. Meanwhile, the route choice strategy that integrates the real-time statuses of the departments and the outpatients performs best.
