累积叠轧对两种铝锰合金屋面板组织与性能的影响

摘要 研究了累积叠轧道次对Al-Mn和Al-Mn-Er-Zr合金显微组织、拉伸性能和显微硬度的影响,分析了微量元素Er、Zr对累积叠轧的影响。结果表明,随着叠轧道次的增加,Al-Mn和Al-Mn-Er-Zr合金板的界面结合数不断增加,界面结合质量有所提高。在相同轧制道次下,Al-Mn-Er-Zr合金板的界面结合质量更好;轧制后合金板的强度相较于轧制前有所提高,断后伸长率有所减小;Al-Mn-Er-Zr合金的强度和硬度都要高于Al-Mn合金的;Al-Mn-Er-Zr合金中位错和亚晶密度更高,这与Al-Mn-Er-Zr合金中形成了细小的钉扎位错的和晶界处的颗粒状Al3Er相有关。 The effects of accumulative roll-bonding passes on the microstructure,tensile properties and micro-hardness of Al-Mn and Al-Mn-Er-Zr alloys were investigated.The effect of trace element Er and Zr on accumulative roll-bonding was analyzed.The results show that the interfacial bonding number and quality of alloy sheets increase with the increase of rolling passes.The interfacial bonding quality of Al-Mn-Er-Zr alloy sheets is better under the same rolling passes,and the strength of the alloy sheet after rolling is higher than that before rolling,while the elongation after break decreases.The strength and hardness of Al-Mn-Er-Zr alloy are higher than these of Al-Mn alloy under the same rolling passes.The dislocation and subgrain density are higher in Al-Mn-Er-Zr alloy alloy,which is related to the formation of fine and granular Al3Er phase at grain boundary for pinning dislocation in Al-Mn-Er-Zr alloy.
