摘要 采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜和拉伸试验机等研究了预回复退火、一段中间退火和两段中间退火后箔材用3003铝合金的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,3003铝合金的电导率先上升后下降,锰原子的固溶度先减小后增大;450℃退火的3003铝合金的电导率最高、锰原子固溶度最小、析出相密度最高;3003铝合金退火过程中的析出相主要为针状Al6Mn相、粒状Al12(Fe,Mn)3Si相和块状Al6(Fe,Mn)相。预回复退火有利于中间退火后的3003铝合金形成细小的等轴晶粒。一段中间退火和两段中间退火后3003铝合金的塑性应变比各向异性Δr值分别为0.31和0.03,即450℃×5 h+525℃×15 h两段中间退火有助于消除3003铝合金板的平面各向异性,从而有效避免3003铝合金板在深冲成箔材的过程中产生制耳。 Microstructure and mechanical properties of the 3033 aluminum alloy used for foil after pre-recovery annealing,single-stage intermediate annealing and double-stage intermediate annealing were investigated by means of metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and tensile testing machine.The results were as follows:(a)with the increase of annealing temperatures,conductivity of the 3003 aluminium alloy firstly increased and then decreased,solid solubility of manganese atoms firstly decreased and then increased;(b)the 3003 aluminum alloy annealed at 450℃exhibited the largest conductivity,the least solid solubility of manganese atoms and the largest density of precipitated phase;and(c)phases precipitated in the 3003 aluminium alloy during annealing were predominantly needle-like Al6Mn,granular Al12(Fe,Mn)3Si and massive Al6(Fe,Mn)phase.Furthermore,the pre-recovery annealing helped the 3003 aluminum alloy to develop fine equiaxial grains after the intermediate annealing.Plastic strain ratio anisotropyΔr values of the 3003 aluminium alloy were 0.31 after the single-stage intermediate annealing and 0.03 after the double-stage intermediate annealing,which indicated that the double-stage intermediate annealing treatment consisting of soaking at 450℃for 5 h and soaking at 525℃for 15 h helped to eliminate plane anisotropy of the 3003 aluminium alloy sheet,thus being immune from formation of earing for the alloy sheet during deep-drawing into foil.
