摘要
研究Er微合金化和冷轧后退火对电工用铝合金性能的影响,以期得到兼具有较高的强度和电导率的电工铝合金产品。研究结果表明:Er的添加能够在退火过程中析出Al_3Er相,提高轧态组织的再结晶温度;AlEr合金样品由于具有较高的热稳定性,能够在退火过程中保持强度不明显下降的前提下,得到具有较高电导率的合金热处理状态。对于文中所涉及的AlEr合金,冷轧后300℃等温处理24~100 h之间是最为优化的热处理工艺,兼具有较高的强度和电导率。
The effect of Er addition and annealing after cold-rolling on properties of electrical aluminum was investigated to obtain production with both high strength and electrical conductivity. The results showed that Er addition can improve the recrystallization temperature of the cold rolling alloys. The AlEr sample can be annealed to obtain high electrical conductivity with less strength reduction due to its high thermal stability. The optimum thermal processto obtain production with both high strength and electrical conductivity for the AlEr alloy was annealing at 300 ℃ for 24 to 100 h after cold rolling.
