摘要
对比分析不同射孔枪管用钢在不同热处理工艺下的组织与性能。结果表明,22Cr Mo V钢强度高且具有良好的冲击性能,完全满足130和140钢级工业生产的性能要求,钢中的V不仅提高了淬透性、细化了晶粒和组织,还起到了显著的沉淀强作用,尤其是回火过程中大量弥散析出的V的碳化物强化效果显著。
Microstructures and mechanical properties of perforating gun steels with different chemical compositions after heat treatment were compared. The results show that the 22 Cr Mo V steel after heat treatment possesses high strength and excellent impact toughness,can fully meet the property requirements of steel grades 130 and 140 for industrial production,vanadium micro-alloying in the 22 Cr Mo V steel not only improves hardenability,refines grain and microstructure,but also plays a significant role in precipitation strengthening,especially a large amount of dispersed carbide precipitates of V in the process of tempering is strengthened remarkably.
