摘要
综述六味地黄丸治疗骨质疏松症研究进展,包括六味地黄丸单药治疗骨质疏松症临床研究(包括绝经的骨质疏松和老年骨质疏松症)、六味地黄丸联合其他抗骨质疏松症药物(阿仑膦酸钠、鲑鱼降钙素)治疗骨质疏松症临床研究、六味地黄丸治疗骨质疏松症所致骨折的临床研究、六味地黄丸治疗骨质疏松症机制研究(对成骨细胞增殖和分化的影响、对骨质疏松相关基因及通路的影响、对性激素水平的影响、对氧化应激的影响)。
This paper reviews the research progress of Liuwei Dihuang Pill in the treatment of osteoporosis,including Liuwei Dihuang Pill monotherapy in the clinical treatment of osteoporosis( containing postmenopausal osteoporosis and senile osteoporosis),combined therapy of Liuwei Dihuang Pill with other anti-osteoporosis drugs( alendronate and salmon calcitonin) in the clinical treatment of osteoporosis,Liuwei Dihuang Pill in the clinical treatment of osteoporosis induced fracture,mechanism research of Liuwei Dihuang Pill in the treatment of osteoporosis( such as effects on osteoblast proliferation and differentiation,effects on osteoporosis related genes and pathways,effects on sex hormone levels and effects on oxidative stress).
