摘要
目的探讨左氧氟沙星方案对强化期脊柱结核(spinal tuberculosis)患者高敏C反应蛋白和血沉水平的影响。方法选取陕西省宝鸡市中医院骨科收治的脊柱结核患者81例,采取随机数表法分为2组,其中对照组41例,予四联抗结核常规治疗,4周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程;实验组40例,在常规治疗的基础上加用左氧氟沙星15 mg/kg,最大量600 mg,1天1次静滴,4周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。治疗结束后,对比治疗前后患者高敏C反应蛋白、血沉的水平及临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,实验组强化期末血沉水平(14.5±4.3)mm/h,显著低于对照组强化期末(42.1±5.6)mm/h,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组强化期末高敏C反应蛋白为(9.5±2.7)mg/L,显著低于对照组强化期末(27.3±4.6)mg/L,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组临床疗效(97.50%)显著优于对照组(80.49%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星方案能够显著降低脊柱结核患者强化期高敏C反应蛋白及血沉水平,并提高抗结核疗效,对临床具有指导意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of levofloxacin solution on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in patients with spinal tuberculosis during strengthening period. Methods 81 patients with spinal tuberculosis admitted in Baoji city Chinese medicine hospital were divided into two groups by the stochastic indicator method,41 cases of control group were received quadruple antituberculosis conventional treatment,4 weeks for a course of treatment,3 courses of treatment; on the basis of conventional treatments,40 cases of experimental group were received levofloxacin 15 mg / Kg,the maximum amount was 600 mg,1 time per day intravenously,4 weeks for a course of treatment,3 courses of treatment. After treatment,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and clinical treatment of patients between two groups were determined and compared. Results After treatment,ESR of experimental group was(14. 5 ± 4. 3) mm / h,significantly lower than that of control group[(42. 1 ± 5. 6) mm / h] in the end of strengthening period,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05); after treatment,high-sensitivity C-reactive of experimental group was(9. 5 ± 2. 7) mg / L,significantly lower than that of control group [(27. 3 ± 4. 6) mg / L] in the end of strengthening period,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05); after treatment,the clinical efficacy of experimental group was 97. 50%,significantly better than 80. 49% of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Levofloxacin solution could significantly reduce high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate levels in patients with spinal tuberculosis for strengthening period,and increase the efficacy of anti-TB.
