摘要
大学生学业成就是衡量一流本科教学水平的基本参照。依据社会网络理论和社会认知理论,学生个体所营造的社会网络可以拓展知识共享路径,对学生学业成就与综合素质提升具有积极效应。采用整群随机抽样调查1036名大学生,统计结果表明学生学业成就受到初始禀赋的影响,即家庭居住地、父亲受教育程度、家庭经济情况处于弱势地位的学生面临着更深的学业困境;网络声望对于学生学业成就的促进作用尤为突出,表明'集体性认知'的获取是学业成就的重要预测因素。另外,知识共享意愿中介作用了社会网络和学业成就之间的关系;学生自我效能感调节了模型的后半径,即自我效能感越高,知识共享意愿对学业成就的正向影响越明显。为此,文章提出建立家庭禀赋不利学生的学习补偿机制,搭建完善优质的社会网络平台,为学生创设便捷的线上线下知识共享平台,营造良好的学术氛围和激励机制等建议。
College students’academic achievement is the basic reference to measure the first-class undergraduate teaching level.According to the social network theory and social cognitive theory,the social network created by individual students could expand the path of knowledge sharing,and had a positive effect on College Students’academic achievement and comprehensive quality improvement.A cluster random sampling survey was conducted among 1036 College students.The statistical results showed that students’academic achievements were influenced by their initial endowments.Students with family residence,father’s education level and family economic situation in a disadvantaged position were facing a deeper academic dilemma.Network reputation played a prominent role in promoting students’academic achievement,which indicated that the spillover effect of social network was obvious,and the acquisition of collective cognition was an important predictor of academic achievement.In addition,knowledge sharing willingness mediated the relationship between social network and academic achievement;students’self-efficacy adjusted the radius of the model,that was,the higher the self-efficacy,the more obvious the positive impact of knowledge sharing willingness on academic achievement.This paper put forward some suggestions,such as establishing a learning compensation mechanism for students with unfavorable family endowments,building a high-quality social network platform,creating a convenient online and offline knowledge sharing platform for students,and creating a good academic atmosphere and incentive mechanism.
