性别文化规训下农村女大学生的抗争与突围——基于个案高等教育经历的叙事研究

摘要 作为高等教育图景之特殊的镜像,农村女大学生接受高等教育过程折射出我国城乡差异、性别意识觉醒等方面的发展状况。通过选择典型个案,采用叙事研究法,通过社会性别的视角分析农村女大学生在接受高等教育过程中个体的行动逻辑,发现其在经历性别文化规训与抗拒后的就业选择,是一种无力抗争多重性别文化框约后的自我迷失,揭示农村女大学生行动的有限性。因此,在农村女大学生接受高等教育过程中,应唤醒其抗拒传统性别文化的原始冲动,发挥先进性别文化的价值引领和优秀群体榜样的示范作用,帮助其走出自我迷失的困境,实现性别文化的价值重塑。 As a special mirror image of higher education,the process of rural female college students receiving higher education reflects the development status and level of urban-rural differences and gender awareness in China.By selecting typical cases and using narrative approach,this paper analyzes the action logic of rural female college students in receiving higher education from the perspective of social gender,and finds that the employment choices of rural female college students after experiencing gender culture discipline and resistance is a kind of self lost after struggling against multiple gender culture framework,and reveals the limited action of rural female college students.Therefore,in the process of female college students receiving higher education,we should awaken their original impulses to resist traditional gender culture,and give full play to the value guidance and exemplary role of advanced gender culture,which can help them get out of their own predicament and realize the value reconstruction of gender culture.
