摘要
立足于国家倡导的乡村振兴战略,对厦门地区16位"农二代"大学生的创业历程进行典型案例研究。借用累积效应的概念,研究不仅讨论初始累积和时间累积对"农二代"主体的结构化影响,而且关注创业实现中的主观能动性。研究发现,"农二代"大学生独特的人格结构由农民"本分"的思想和激进思想二元组成。它发端于早年的家庭氛围的涵化作用;之后,教育和工作事件成为创业路径的分水岭;最后,通过累积效应以成就创业前行的动力,或背道为阻力。同时,它可以外化为衔接农村与城市资源的中介性力量,以强化城乡产业的协作和联动,有助于城乡一体化格局的形成。在当前国家强调坚持乡村振兴,实现城乡融合发展战略的背景下,关注"农二代"的留城创业研究将有助于更好推进农民转型、农民工市民化的政策落实,也是解决"三农问题"的重要方式。
Based on the strategy of Rural Revitalization advocated by the state,this paper makes a typical case study of the entrepreneurial process of 16 college students of the second generation of agriculture in Xiamen.Using the concept of cumulative effect,this paper not only discusses the structural impact of initial cumulative effect and time cumulative effect on the main body of the second generation of farmers,but also pays attention to the subjective initiative in the realization of entrepreneurship.The research finds that the unique personality structure of the college students of the second generation of peasants consists of the duality of peasant’s"Duty"thought and radical thought.It originated from the accumulative effect of family atmosphere in early years;then,education and work events became the watershed of entrepreneurship path;finally,through the cumulative effect,the impetus or backlash of success entrepreneurship is the resistance.At the same time,it can be externalized as an intermediary force connecting rural and urban resources,strengthening the cooperation and linkage between urban and rural industries,and contributing to the formation of urban-rural integration pattern.Under the background of the current state’s emphasis on Rural Revitalization and urban-rural integration development strategy,the study of entrepreneurship in Liucheng,focusing on the"second generation of farmers",will help to better promote the transformation of farmers and the implementation of the policy of urbanization of migrant workers.This is an important way to solve the"Three Rural Issues"in China.
