摘要
对未来教育的预测是OECD国家所关注的重要教育议题。OECD于2020年发布了《回到教育的未来:OECD关于学校教育的四种图景》报告,提出未来教育可能遵循非线性发展趋势而出现多重可能图景的理念。报告以现代化的延续与中断、教育的新目标与旧结构、全球与地方的权力分配、变革中的创新与风险规避、技术的潜能与现实导向、教学形式中的虚拟与面对面以及知识获取的学习与教育手段七维矛盾为分析视角;以学校与学校教育、教师与教学过程、教育行政与治理三类关键要素为坐标,通过对不同导向的要素组合进行归类与预测。进而构想了分别以大规模学校教育扩展、教育外包、以学校为中心的教育生态圈建立、无边界学习为特征的四种未来教育的可能图景。
The prediction of future education is an important education issue concerned by OECD countries.In September 2020,OECD released the report"Back to the Future of Education:Four OECD Scenarios for Schooling",which put forward the idea that future education may not follow the linear development trend and appear multiple possibilities.The report takes the seven dimensional contradictions of the modernizing or disrupting,the new goal or old structure of education,global and local power distribution,innovation and risk aversion in change,potential and reality orientation of technology,virtual and face-to-face in teaching forms,and learning and educational means of knowledge acquisition as the analysis perspective;and takes schools and schooling,teachers and teaching process,education governance as the coordinate.Based on the three key elements of governance,this paper classifies and forecasts the combination of different guiding elements,and conceives four possible scenarios of future education,which are characterized by large-scale expansion of schooling,education outsourced,establishment of school centered education ecosystem,and learn-as-you-go.
