摘要
苏州湾文化中心钢飘带形式为四弦菱形弯扭结构,上、下飘带交叉分布,施工难度大,支撑结构复杂,需要分析钢飘带拼装过程中最不利工况。介绍了空间弯扭钢飘带的施工难点,对各工况下结构的应力、变形以及稳定性情况进行模拟分析,并模拟两种工况下飘带的三阶模态屈曲分析,将软件分析数据运用于反深化变形和地面拼装的测量控制。
The steel ribbon of Suzhou Bay Cultural Center is in the form of a four-string diamond-shaped bending and twisting structure.The upper and lower streamers are cross-distributed,and the supporting structure is complex.It is necessary to analyze the most unfavorable working conditions in the assembly process of steel ribbon.This paper introduces the construction difficulties of the space bending and twisting steel streamers,analyzes the stress,deformation and stability of the structure under various working conditions,and simulates the third-order modal buckling analysis of the streamer under two conditions.The software analysis data is applied to the measurement control of anti-deep deformation and ground assembly.
