摘要
昆明新机场航站楼采用造型独特的钢彩带结构,部分为异常复杂的弯扭箱体构件,采用一般的深化设计手段和方法,满足不了弯扭构件的深化设计要求,给钢结构的深化设计带来了极大挑战。结合工程特点,采用自行开发的弯扭构件专用深化设计软件,解决此难题。同时,考虑到箱体内部焊接空间非常狭小,焊接困难,深化设计阶段采取了有效的组装和焊接工艺对结构进行优化设计,满足工厂加工和现场安装的需要,并进行了焊接方法和焊接可行性的研究和优化,提出能适合本工程的最优焊接方法。
Kunming New Airport terminal uses special-shape steel ribbon,and part of ribbon is very complicated bending-torsion box-shape members.The normal deep design method can not satisfy requirements for deep design of the bending-torsion members which will challenge the deep design of the project.Combing with the engineering characteristics,the authors adopted self-development special deep design software for the bending-torsion members to solve the difficult problem.Considering very narrow welding space in the box to make welding difficult,effective assemble and welding techniques in deep design stage are adopted to satisfy the need of prefabrication in work and installation on site,feasibility of welding method is studied and optimized,and the best welding method is put forward.
