某特大类垃圾焚烧发电厂整体施工技术

摘要 相比填埋、堆肥等垃圾处理方法,焚烧发电垃圾处理方式具有应用范围广、有毒物质产生少、占地面积小、能量利用率高等优点。大型垃圾焚烧发电厂单体建筑多,结构形式复杂多样,对施工技术提出了较高要求。介绍某特大类垃圾焚烧发电厂工程概况,并着重阐述其对应结构施工关键技术,包括大型平面桁架吊装、大型屋面网架顶推滑移、焊接球网架分块吊装等,以及超大体积混凝土抗渗抗裂技术与智慧建造技术在本项目中的应用。 Compared to landfill and compost,the garbage disposal way of incineration has the advantage of wide application,less toxic generation,low cover area,and high-power efficiency.With the increasing importance to environmental protection attached by the nation,more and more waste incineration power plants are put on the agenda.The large waste incineration power plant has various types of buildings and diverse forms of structures,which raises higher requirements on the construction technology.In this paper,the project profile of a large waste incineration power plant is introduced,and the key construction technologies of its corresponding structures are elaborated,including the hoisting method of the large plan trusses,the pushing and sliding method of the steel roof structure,the hoisting method of the welded ball space frame in blocks,anti-seepage and anti-crack technology for concrete in mass,and the application of the intelligent construction technology.
