摘要
上海浦东足球场为专业足球场,屋盖呈矩形,外轮廓尺寸约为211.0m×173.4m。屋盖钢结构采用了创新的中置压环轮辐式张拉结构体系。这种新颖的结构形式及其形与力紧密联系的特点对钢屋盖的施工提出了极高要求。结合工程实际特点,进行了施工流程和施工分析,对钢构件进行深化设计然后加工制作,详细介绍了竖向控制支架施工及屋盖钢结构安装和索张拉施工关键技术。总结了浦东足球场钢结构屋盖实施中成功运用的创新施工技术。
As a professional football field without tracks, the Shanghai Pudong Stadium has a rectangular shape with a dimension of 211 m×173.4 m. A special spoke wheel structure system with an internal compression ring and a tension ring underneath was adopted. High correlation between structural configurations and internal force for such a novel cable-ring structure is a great challenge for the construction of the steel structure roof. Combined with the actual characteristics of the project, the construction process and construction analysis are carried out. The steel members are further designed and then processed. And the key technologies of vertical control support construction, roof steel structure installation and cable tension construction are introduced in detail. This paper summarizes the innovative construction technology successfully used in the implementation of steel structure roof of Pudong Football Stadium.
