摘要
随着越来越的工程项目在云贵地区开展,如何在岩溶较发育地区进行深桩的施工是关键技术之一。以贵州省遵义至绥阳高速公路延伸线工程第二分部桩基施工为例,芙蓉江特大桥跨越芙蓉江,主墩最长桩基为65m,距离江边15m左右。针对人工挖孔和机械冲孔的不同施工特点,桩基成孔采用"人工+冲击钻"的方式,即通过人工挖孔方式穿越岩溶发育区,然后改用机械冲孔继续施工。施工过程及后期监测表明,人工挖孔与机械冲孔相结合的成孔施工方案在岩溶地区应用效果较好,该工程的施工方案以及施工质量满足设计要求。
As more and more projects are carried out in Yungui area,it is one of the key technologies to construct deep piles in karst areas.Taking the pile foundation construction of the second section of the extension line of Zunyi to Suiyang expressway in Guizhou province as an example,the large bridge of Furong river crosses the Furong river.The longest pile foundation of the main pier is 65 m,about 15 m from the river edge.For the artificial digging hole and the different construction features of the mechanical punching pile hole by adopting the combination of'artificial+percussion drill'approach,by way of artificial dig-hole through the karst development area,then move on construction machinery punching.Late construction process and monitoring show that the artificial dig-hole combined with mechanical punching pore forming construction scheme is an effective method in karst region,the project construction scheme and construction quality to meet the design requirements.
