摘要
结合实例针对山区桥梁桩基所在土层裂隙水发达、渗水量大、岩石强度高、纯机械施工不能满足工期要求等难点,采用"爆破配合旋挖"一次成孔施工工艺,详细介绍了爆破设计与施工工序。工程实践表明,该工艺弥补了传统钻进方法在高强地质情况下的缺陷,成孔效率高,大大加快了施工进度,最后达到光面爆破的效果。
Combining with practical examples,the blasting design and construction procedure are introduced in details,and finally the effect of smooth blasting is achieved.for the difficulties of developed fissure water,large seepage volume,high rock strength and pure mechanical construction which can not meet the requirements of construction period in the soil layer where the pile foundation of bridge is located in mountainous area.
