摘要
人工挖孔桩桩身混凝土干桩浇筑法施工效率低,工序转换频繁,孔下作业时间长、安全风险大;清水桩浇筑法效率较高,工序转换较少,孔下作业时间短,但可视性较差,易出现堵管、导管提空反水及过程处理困难等一系列施工问题,从而影响混凝土浇筑质量。为解决上述问题,提出一种适用于人工挖孔桩桩身混凝土浇筑的无水水下混凝土浇筑施工方法,该法具有可视性好、效率高、安全性好、质量可控、施工问题易处理等优点,节约施工成本。
The dry pile pouring method of the concrete of the artificial digging pile body has low construction efficiency,frequent process conversion,long time for workers under the hole,and high safety risks.Clear concrete pouring method has high construction efficiency less process conversion,no need for the construction staff to work under the hole for a long time,but it has poor visibility,and is prone to a series of construction problems such as pipe blocking,pipe lifting and backwatering,and difficult process treatment,which affects the concrete pouring quality.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes an anhydrous underwater concrete pouring construction method suitable for concrete of artificial digging of piles.It has good visibility,high efficiency,good safety,controllable quality,low construction costs and is easy to deal with construction problems.
