摘要
目前国内隧道施工已逐渐形成以机械为主、人工为辅的建设理念。但隧道施工受围岩条件、开挖方法所限,仍存在机械化配套程度不高、施工效率低等问题。本文结合东天山特长公路隧道建设项目,总结出一套适合Ⅳ级围岩全断面隧道开挖的机械化配套组合方案。通过现场试验所得结论如下:采用1台三臂凿岩台车基本与7个人工钻爆速度持平,2台三臂凿岩台车同时作业,可将钻孔施工时长缩短38%;2台湿喷机械手可将初支喷混凝土时间缩短约2小时;采用以三臂凿岩台车、湿喷机械手、自移式液压仰拱栈桥为主的机械配套组合极大的提高了施工效率,并使月进尺达161m。
The domestic tunnel construction has gradually formed the construction concept of " machinery as the main,manpower as the auxiliary". But the tunnel construction has been limited by the surrounding rock conditions and excavation methods,some problems such as low mechanization matching degree and low construction efficiency still exist. By combining with the construction project of the extra-long highway tunnel in East Tianshan Mountain,a set of mechanized matching schemes to adapt the full face tunnel excavation of Ⅳ grade surrounding rock was summarized. The field test results show that one set of three-arm hydraulic drilling rig will take same time as seven people do in the process of drill and blast,the time that two sets of three-arm hydraulic drilling rig take can be shortened 38% comparing with original method. And the time that the two sets of concrete wet spraying machinery can decrease about 2 hours comparing with one set of concrete wet spraying machinery does. themechanization matching mainly including the three-arm hydraulic drilling rig,concrete wet spraying machinery,self-shifting hydraulic arch gauntree can greatly improve the construction efficiency and the excavation footage in one month can be up to 161 m.
