摘要
国内在公路隧道喷砼支护施工中,整体机械化程度不高,多数采取半机械化作业,甚至有的还没有采用湿式喷砼。在喷砼作业中,往往伴随着粉尘大、回弹大、质量不稳定、劳动强度大等问题。针对这些问题,提出了采用国产机器人、湿喷机加混凝土输送车的一体化解决方案,可以很好地解决上述问题,且非常适合我国国情的发展。
At present,the whole degree of mechanization for the wet spraying concrete technology in road tunnel is not too high,The majority of work methods is still in semi-mechanization.In some place,the wet spraying concrete method is not adopted.So,there are many problems in spraying concrete works,such as more dust,more rebound,instable quality and greater labor intension etc.To counter these shortcomings,a integrative resolving layout is presented,which is to put homemade spraying concrete robot,wet spraying concrete machine and concrete conveyer to work together.It not only can resolve all the problems better,but also is very suitable for our national situation.
