摘要 现阶段,随着国家工程建设领域科技的进步,施工机械设备不断地更新,湿喷混凝土已在铁路隧道设施施工中广泛应用,在安全、质量、环保、职业健康等方面具有明显优势。为更好地推行隧道湿喷混凝土施工技术应用,以郑万高铁湖北段隧道施工为依托,基于混凝土湿喷机械手等设备,总结形成了一套湿喷混凝土工艺流程及控制要点,对规范施工工艺工法,减少质量缺陷,降低混凝土消耗,加强过程控制和养护方面做出说明,为今后隧道湿喷混凝土施工提供借鉴。 At present,with the advancement of science and technology in the field of national engineering construction and the continuous updating of construction machinery and equipment,wet-spraying concrete has been widely used in the construction of railway tunnel facilities,and has obvious advantages in terms of safety,quality,environmental protection,and occupational health.In order to better promote the application of wet-spraying concrete construction technology for tunnels,relying on the construction of the Zhengzhou-Chongqing High-speed Railway in the Hubei section of the tunnel,a set of wet-spraying concrete process flow and control points were formed based on concrete wet spraying robots and other equipment,for the purpose of standardizing the construction process,reducing quality defects,cutting down concrete consumption,strengthening process control and maintenance,and providing a reference for future wet-spraying concrete construction of tunnels.
