摘要
针对我国道路维修现状,分析了冷再生技术的特点及适用情况;并结合某道路升级改造项目,详细介绍了既有道路的调查检测项目、冷再生材料的级配及冷再生水泥稳定砂砾底基层的成套施工工艺和技术操作要点,并进行再生层的工后检测和效果分析,结果表明,再生底基层的压实度及各项力学性能指标满足要求,使用一年后,效果良好;最后总结了我国近年来主要的冷再生技术应用项目。
According to current situation of road maintenance in our country,this paper analyzes the features and suitable situation of cold in-place recycling technology. Combined with a certain road upgrading and reconstruction engineering,it gives a detailed introduction about the survey of the existing road inspection items and the grading of cold recycled material,and complete set of construction technology and operating points about cement stabilized gravel subbaseis analyzed. And it completes measurement of settlement after construction and effect analysis. The results showed that compactness and each mechanical performance indexes of cold recycling subbase can meet the requirement. One year later,Its application effect is good. Finally,this paper summarizes the main application of some cold in-place technolog engineerings in China about recent years.
