摘要
水泥就地冷再生混合料的各项指标均满足规范要求,具有良好的路用性能,可以作为快速路沥青路面的基层使用。与传统工艺相比,其节约造价、工期、资源等,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。但不同地区、不同等级道路的就地冷再生工艺差异,则将影响路面基层的施工质量。基此,文章依托福州市西三环路大修工程,通过室内试验与现场试验路方法,讨论了水泥就地冷再生混合料的配合比设计流程、施工工艺及质量控制等关键技术。
All the performance indexes of the cold in-place recycling mixture of cement can meet the requirement of the specification,and it can be used as the base course of asphalt pavement for expressway. Compared with traditional technology,the cold in-place recycling mixture of cement can save the construction cost,period and resources,therefore the cold in-place recycling mixture of cement has good social and economic benefits. However,the difference of cold recycling technology in different regions and different grades of roads will affect the construction quality of the road base course. Therefore,based on the overhaul engineering of West Sanhuan Road in Fuzhou City,the key technologies of the cold in-place recycling mixture of cement,such as the process of mixture design,construction technology and quality control were discussed under the laboratory experiment and field test.
