水稳碎石基层材料循环冷再生性能提升试验 被引量:3

摘要 针对水稳碎石基层材料在多次循环冷再生过程中出现的强度增长过快、干缩时间延长、抗水损性能衰减的问题,基于可持续冷再生理念,采用室内模拟试验模拟水稳碎石基层材料的循环冷再生过程,通过无侧限抗压强度试验、干缩试验、动水冲刷试验,对改善前后各个循环冷再生周期内的混合料性能进行研究。结果表明:采用减少水泥掺量、掺聚丙烯纤维、掺膨胀剂3种措施,水稳碎石基层混合料的力学特性、收缩特性及水稳特性均得到提高,延长了水稳旧料的使用寿命,实现可持续利用。 Aiming at the problems of excessive strength growth,prolonged drying shrinkage time and attenuation of water loss resistance of cement-stabilized macadam base material in the process of cold recycling,based on the concept of sustainable cold recycling,laboratory simulation test was used to simulate the cold recycling process of cement-stabilized macadam base material and the performance of the mixture in the cold recycling of each cycle before and after the improvement was studied by the unconfined compressive strength test,the dry shrink test and the hydrodynamic wash test.The test results show that the mechanical properties,shrinkage properties and water stability of mixtures for cement-stabilized macadam base are improved by reducing cement content,adding polypropylene fiber and adding expansion agent,which prolongs the service life of cement-stabilized macadam base and realizes sustainable utilization.
