摘要
设计了一种由CCD摄像机、荧光成像光学系统、图像采集卡等组成的基因芯片检测系统。利用高压汞灯作为光源 ,窄带滤色片作为激发波段和荧光截止波片 ,采用大孔径和大视场的光学系统 ,保证荧光分辨率和测量范围。通过CCD摄像机和图像采集卡进行图像采集 ,用专门设计的图像处理程序对采集后的图像进行处理 ,获得杂交后基因点位的关键特征 ,从而可以获得被检生物样品的疾病信息 。
A gene-chip analysis system consisting of CCD camera, fluorescence imaging optical system, and image collecting board is introduced in this paper. The high pressure Hg lamp and the narrowband filters are used to create the excited light and filter the background light. The optical system, which has a large aperture and wide field of view, ensures the fluorescence distinguish ratio and measurement scope. The CCD camera and the image capture board are used to collect the image of gene-chip. Then the key character of hybridized gene-chip image can be taken by the image processing, so the disease information can be expressed to meet the clinical disease detection requirement.
