摘要
基因组研究已进入了以功能基因组研究为特征的后基因组时代.本文介绍了基因组及基因组学的概念及功能基因组学的研究方法,并综述了植物功能基因组学的研究进展.
Genomics research has gone into the post-genomics era characterized by functional genomics. In this paper, the concepts of genome, genomics and study methods of functional genomics are introduced, the advancement of plant functional genomics research are summarized.
