摘要
基因芯片是指将大量核酸片段探针以预先设计的方式固定在载玻片、尼龙膜等载体上组成密集的分子阵列,能1次检测大量的目标分子,在研究基因表达、发现新基因、疾病诊断、DNA测序和药物筛选中有广泛的应用前景.
Gene chip is DNA microarray that is fabricated on silica wafer, nylon membrane.After hybriding with the labeled sample,scanning and analyzing the chip by computer,it can check many target sample at one time.Gene chip is potentially useful for researching gene expression,discovering new gene,diagnosing disease,sequencing DNA and screening drug.
