摘要
本文简要叙述了AOI和SPC的融合、功能性、AOI系统、SPC优越性以及把AOI和SPC集成化形成一个综合性的体系,即把组装缺陷的在线检查与实时统计分析紧密地结合起来的体系。
Integration of AOI with SPC results in a synergistic system that combines in-line detection of assembly defects with real-time statistical analysis .The melding AOI and SPC,AOI/SPC functionality ,AOI system and maximizing the SPC advantage are also briefly stated in this paper .
