摘要
结合质量链的概念模型和特征,分析质量在形成过程中对质量信息的需求,建立基于质量链管理的质量信息结构模型。该模型能够展现质量的形成过程、信息源和质量形成各阶段的质量信息共享和传递,反映质量形成各阶段质量信息需求的传递性和差异性,为质量链管理提供了信息支持平台。
Integrating with the conceptive model and characteristics of quality chain to analyze the requirements of quality information in quality-forming process,the quality information structural model based quality chain management was established. This structural model could present the quality-forming process, source of information, share and transmit quality messages among processing stages, and could reflect the transitivity and difference of quality information requirement in every stage, provide an information supporting platform for quality chain management.
