摘要
论述了供需链管理对当今企业的重要意义 ,分析了中国企业在供需链管理中所面临的特殊问题。在此基础上探讨了制定中国企业供需链管理实施策略的基本思路 ,并进一步就供需链管理基本策略的实施前提———组织形式和合作机制问题作了讨论。
This paper stated the significance of supply chain management (SCM) for companies, and pointed out the special issues on SCM in China. Then implementation strategy of SCM for Chinese companies is discussed. Finally, the organization form and parternership in SCM implementation is discussed.
