摘要
统计过程控制(SPC)是生产过程质量控制的重要工具。基于SPC设计开发了一种网络化检测数据处理系统,并将此系统应用到产品零、部件几何量检测中。应用实践表明,该系统能够有效消除数据“孤岛”现象,显著提高检测效率和数据利用率。
Statistic Process Control (SPC) is an important tool for quality control. A kind of network measurement data-processing system, which is based on SPC, is developed and used in geometric sense measurement. Results show that this kind of system can efficiently resolve the "island"phenomenon of measuring data, and remarkably improve measurement efficiency and utilization of measurement data.
