摘要
针对我国西南地区在汛期或来水集中时,大规模电源集中发电上网挤占送出通道产生大规模窝电的现象,提出受阻地区电源受阻分析与协调方法,通过分析电网中受阻线路并确定受阻电量,建立上网电量协调模型,在确保电网富余电能最大程度外送消纳的前提下,兼顾各电源间的利益分配协调上网电量,避免电源受阻对电网安稳运行造成威胁。实例应用结果表明,该方法具有实用性、合理性。
This paper presents an analysis and coordination method for multistage electric transmission congestion.This approach is developed to solve the problem of electric congestion in southwestern China,because the transmission lines are occupied by on-grid energy of different power sources in wet season.The coordinated model of on-gird power energy is established through analyzing congested transmission lines and confirming congested power energy in power grid.Under the condition of ensuring the maximum absorption of surplus power energy,it can coordinate power energy for considering benefit of every power source and avoid a threat to the stable operation of the grid caused by electric congestion.The example application results show that this method is practical and reasonable.
