摘要
云南滇西5市州水电资源丰富,但输电距离遥远、该区域的动态稳定制约了电力的送出。提出利用固定串补、可控串补、SVC、加强PSS4种方案提高滇西送出能力。计算分析表明,滇西小水电加装PSS与大和双回安装50%SC相结合、以及大理变电站安装240Mvar SVC均可大幅提高大理送出能力。
Yunnan province is abundant in hydropower while the power transmission is restrainted by the long distance and dynamic stability in this area. Four improvements with applications of SC, TCSC, SVC, and inhanced PSS are proposed. The results of simulations show that two of them are proved to boost the transmission capability from Dali. One is a combination of adding PSS to the small hydropower stations in west part of Yunnan and a 50% SC implementation to Dali-Heping double circuit line, the other is 240 Mvar SVC implementation in Dali Power Station.
