摘要 某电网网架较为薄弱,电网中季节性负荷占比较高,且大量小水电由低电压等级线路逐级、远距离向主网外送电力,导致供电受限和送电受阻的问题同时存在。通过对电网季节性负荷特性和电价政策分析,总结了电网供电受限的影响因素;采用频域和时域仿真的方法分析了电网动态阻尼水平和送电断面极限控制约束,得出影响电网送出受阻的关键因素。最后,根据供送电受限的影响因素,从电网的安全、经济运行角度提出了临沧电网供送电受限的解决方案。 The frame of Lincang power grid is weak. Because plenty of seasonal power load are operated in the power grid and many hydropower with small capacity and lower generation voltage are delivered to the main power grid by a long distance, the restriction issues of power supply and delivery exist in Lincang power grid at the same time. According to the analysis of the characteristics and power price to seasonal power load, the effect factors of power supply restriction are summarized. The dynamic damping ratio and power delivery constraint are analyzed by frequency-domain and time-domain simulations, and the critical factors of power delivery are obtained. Finally, the solutions for the restriction issues of power supply and delivery are proposed considering the summarized critical factors and power grid operation in safety and economy.
