摘要
文章提出在密集城市中心的市政道路下方应用非开挖技术建设地下连接通道,以实现城市地下空间互通互联整合开发的理念。在借鉴日本等国家在地下空间互通互联开发建设、立法及投融资模式等方面成功经验的基础上,结合作者设计的上海陆家嘴中央商务区中心区地下空间整合开发利用项目,对城市中心地下空间的互通互联整合开发进行实践和探索。应用非开挖技术在不影响道路交通和市民正常通行的情况下,实现各个独立地下空间及邻近轨道交通站点的互通互联、联网成片,既方便市民的出行活动,又提升了地下空间的功能和利用率。此案例的成功经验和理念可为其他类似地下空间的互通互联整合开发提供借鉴和参考。
This paper proposes a concept of interconnection and integration of underground space in urban centers through constructing underpasses by means of trenchless technology.The successful experience of other countries such as Japan is introduced,including the construction,legislation,investment and financing models related to interconnection and integration of underground space.Based on the project of Integrated Development and Utilization of Underground Space in Lujiazui CBD Center practice and exploration on interconnection and integration of underground space are introduced and analyzed.Individual underground spaces and adjacent metro stations can be interconnected without affecting road traffic by trenchless technology.It is convenient for daily commute of citizens,and it also improves the function and utilization rate of underground space.The successful experience of this case can provide reference for other similar projects.
