摘要
文章以新南威尔士大学图书馆为案例,从服务类型、用户培训、支撑平台、人员配置、合作模式、宣传推广等方面分析其科研评价服务的特点。新南威尔士大学图书馆面向研究成果影响力生命周期提供科研评价服务、建立互联整合的支撑平台、采用有形与无形的用户培训相结合、成立专业的服务团队、以合作模式推进服务、建立多种宣传推广方式。国内高校图书馆可借鉴其经验,以整合的视角开展科研评价服务,加强馆员培训,重视用户需求,在变革的环境中寻求服务的创新变革。
In this paper, the case study is used to analyze the characteristics of research evaluation service at the Uni- versity of New South Wales Library from the aspects of service type, user training, support platform, staffing, partner- ships, marketing and publicity. UNSW Library has now constructed a research impact cycle-oriented service system, built an integrated support platform, combined the visible and invisible user training methods, set up a professional ser- vice team, promoted the service collaboratively, and marketed the service in various ways. Domestic university libraries should draw lessons from UNSW Library from the following aspects: developing research evaluation service with a more holistic view, strengthening librarian' s training, attaching great importance to user demand, seeking innovative chang- es of services in a changing environment.
