摘要
基于室内研究剪切作用下锚杆拉拔性能平台缺乏的现状,为加强学生动手实践能力、理论与实践相结合能力的培养,设计了考虑剪切作用的锚杆拉拔实验装置教学平台,该装置由实验加载平台、剪切作用加载装置、锚杆拉拔装置、数据采集系统组成。通过相似模拟锚固工程条件,实施锚固剪切作用下锚杆拉拔实验教学,让学生更加直观地学习和了解锚杆支护作用性能及锚固机理,丰富了相关课程实验内容,有利于学生解决复杂工程问题能力、团队合作意识和团队精神的培养,对培养学生理论与实践结合能力、创新能力有积极作用。
Based on the lack of platform for indoor research on bolt pullout performance under shear,in order to strengthen the cultivation of students'hands-on ability and the ability to combine theory with practice,a teaching platform for bolt pullout experiment device under shear is designed.The device consists of an experimental loading platform,a shear loading device,a bolt pullout device,and a data acquisition system.Through the similar simulation of anchoring engineering conditions,the implementation of bolt pull-out experiment teaching under the action of anchoring and shearing enables students to learn and understand the performance of bolt support and anchoring mechanism more intuitively,enriches the experimental content of related courses,which is conducive to the cultivation of students'ability to solve complex engineering problems,team cooperation awareness and team spirit,and plays a positive role in cultivating students'ability to combine theory with practice,and innovation ability.
