摘要
目的:观察本院自制中药三号方熏蒸治疗配合针刺夹脊穴促进腰椎病患者护理康复效果。方法:选取我院2016年1月～2017年12月收治的96例腰椎病患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者(48例)实施常规护理干预,观察组患者(48例)则在常规护理干预基础上给予患者本院自制中药三号方中药熏蒸配合针刺夹脊穴干预,对比两组患者临床疗效及干预前后中医症状积分、腰椎功能评分(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores,JOA)、腰腿疼痛评分(视觉模拟疼痛量表,VAS)、生活质量评分(SF-36量表),并对比两组患者干预满意度。结果:观察组患者有效率(97.92%)高于对照组(84.42%),P<0.05;干预前两组患者中医症状积分、JOA评分、VAS及SF-36量表评分均相当(P>0.05),干预后两组患者中医症状积分、JOA评分、VAS及SF-36量表评分均改善,观察组改善优于对照组,P<0.01;观察组患者干预满意率(95.83%)高于对照组(81.25%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:本院自制中药三号方熏蒸治疗配合针刺夹脊穴可较好促进腰椎病患者康复,患者临床疗效提升,症状改善,疼痛缓解,且腰椎功能改善,患者满意率高,值得临床推广以及应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of the fumigation treatment of Self-made No.3 Prescription made by our hospital combined with acupuncturing at Jiaji acupoints to promote the nursing and rehabilitation of patients with lumbar vertebral disease.Methods:Selected our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 treated 96 cases of lumbar disease as the research object,took a random number table method to be divided into observation group and controlled group,the controlled group(48 cases)was with routine nursing intervention,the observation group(48 cases)was with fumigation treatment of Self-made No.3 Prescription made by our hospital combined with acupuncturing at Jiaji acupoints on the basis of conventional nursing intervention,compared the two groups of patients’clinical curative effect and TCM symptom integral,lumbar function score before and after the intervention(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores,JOA),lumbar and leg pain score(VAS),quality of life score(Sf-36 scale),and intervention satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate(97.92%)of the observation group was higher than that of the controlled group(84.42%),P<0.05.Intervention in the first two groups of patients with Chinese medicine symptom integral,JOA score,VAS and SF-36 scale scores were quite(P>0.05),the two group of patients after the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,JOA score,VAS and SF-36 scale score were improved,and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the controlled group,P<0.01.The intervention satisfaction rate(95.83%)of the observation group was higher than that of the controlled group(81.25%),P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Fumigation treatment of Self-made No.3 Prescription made by our hospital combined with acupuncturing at Jiaji acupoints can better promote rehabilitation in patients with lumbar disease,symptom improvement,pain relief,and lumbar function are improved,the satisfaction rate is high,worthy of clinical
