摘要
汽车车身焊接夹具设计具有结构复杂、个性化需求明显等特点,设计时需要大量借鉴以往的设计方案。为提高汽车焊装夹具方案设计的效率,提出一种基于设计知识可拓重用的多层实例推理方法。通过对各类焊装夹具设计的特征分析,建立了基于知识重用的焊装工位信息模型,构建了基于基元模型的车身夹具方案设计知识库。给出焊装夹具方案的知识可拓重用模型,采用基于基元模型的多层实例推理和基于基元特征重用的相似度计算方法,由内而外检索出由形状特征和装配特征组成的相似焊装工位实例,通过映射获得了最佳夹具实例。以某车型后地板总成工位为研究对象,验证了该方法的有效性。
History design scheme is helpful in welding fixture design characterized by complexity and individuation. To improve the scheme design efficiency of welding fixture,a multi-layer case reasoning method based on the extension reuse of design knowledge was presented.Welding station information model based on knowledge reuse was introduced by analyzing various fixture design features,and the repository of fixture design based on basic element model was established. Then the extensible model of knowledge reuse was also built. With the use of dopting multi-layer case based reasoning method and calculating the similarity based on basic element feature,the best case was obtained by retrieving the similar welding station composed by shape feature and assembly feature from inside out. Finally,this method was proved to be effective through the verification of the study on an rear floor assembly.
