摘要
对车身焊接夹具设计特点作了分析研究。利用UGNX软件给出了零件三维参数化建模的方法;利用运动分析模块,防止车身进入或退出夹具时候的出现干涉情况;提出了相似部件重用设计方法;利用CGM格式将UG二维工程图无缝转换为dxf格式。在实践当中综合上述方法,提高了设计质量和设计效率。
It body welding jig design features is analyzed and studied. Using UGNX software gives modeling methods of 3d parametric parts ; Using motion analysis ,prevent interference when a bodywork of a car enter into or withdraw from body weding jigs ;puts forward the design method of reusing similar compollents ; Using the CGMP format converts UG two-dimensional engineering graphics into DXF in seamless transition. In practice ,apply the comprehensive methods to improve the quality and efficiency of design.
