摘要
为解决客户需求多样化与快速响应市场之间的矛盾,提出了将混合变型设计应用到护栏清洗装置中。在研究护栏清洗装置特点和变型设计理论优缺点的基础上,利用基于模块化和参数化相结合的方法建立知识库,利用基于实例推理和规则推理相结合的方法进行产品的变型设计,实现了护栏清洗装置的变型设计。
In order to solve the contradiction between the diversity needs oi customers and the rapid response to market, the hyorict variant design is applied to guardrail cleaning device. On the basis of the characteristics of guardrail cleaning device and advantages of variant design theory, by use of the combination of modular method and parametric method, the knowledge base is established, the product variant design is conducted by utilizing the combination of case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning, and the variant de sign of guardrail cleaning device is completed to rapidly response to market demand.
