摘要
目的探讨乳糖酶改善轮状病毒性肠炎继发乳糖不耐受的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2018年7月台州市立医院与椒江区洪家卫生社区服务中心收治的80例轮状病毒性肠炎继发乳糖不耐受患儿,按照随机数字表法分为甲、乙两组,两组在常规治疗的基础上分别给予无乳糖饮食和乳糖酶,喂养2周,比较临床疗效、止泻时间和治疗4天后排便次数,并且观察不良反应和治疗依从性。结果甲组和乙组总有效率分别为75.61%(31/41)和92.31%(36/39),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.10,P=0.04);治疗4天后乙组排便次数小于甲组(t=3.98,P<0.05),止泻时间亦短于甲组患儿(t=5.74,P<0.05);两组患儿对治疗方案的依从性好,未见明显不良反应情况,亦无因口感或厌食而提前出组的病例。结论乳糖酶改善轮状病毒性肠炎继发乳糖不耐受的治疗效果优于无乳糖喂养,同时临床依从性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lactase on improving lactose intolerance secondary to rotavirus enteritis.Methods From January 2016 to July 2018,80 children with lactose intolerance secondary to rotavirus enteritis admitted to the Taizhou Municipal Hospital and Hongjiang Health Community Service Center were divided into two groups according to random number table.The two groups were fed with lactose-free diet and lactase for 2 weeks on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy,antidiarrheal time and defecation times after 4 days of treatment were compared,and the adverse reactions and treatment compliance were observed.Results The total effective rates of group A and group B were 75.61%(31/41)and 92.31%(36/39),respectively.There was significant difference between two groups(χ~2=4.10,P=0.04).Defecation frequency of group B was less than that of group A(t=3.98,P<0.05)after 4 days of treatment,and antidiarrheal time was shorter than that of group A(t=5.74,P<0.05).The compliance of two groups was good,and there was no obvious adverse reaction.There were no cases out of group in advance because of taste or anorexia.Conclusion The effect of lactase on improving lactose intolerance secondary to rotavirus enteritis is better than that of lactose-free feeding,and the clinical compliance is high.
