摘要
目的:评价双歧三联活菌散辅助治疗轮状病毒性肠炎患儿的效果及其对患儿机体免疫的影响。方法:对2015年1月-2017年3月在本院儿科确诊为轮状病毒肠炎的94例患儿进行分组研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各47例。两组均给予补液、纠正电解质紊乱及酸中毒等常规治疗,在此基础上观察组给予双歧三联活菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗,对照组单用蒙脱石散治疗,观察并对比两组治疗效果、临床症状缓解时间以及患儿机体免疫力指标变化情况。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为97.87%,高于对照组的82.98%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=4.028 6,P=0.044 7)。治疗后观察组退热、腹痛缓解、呕吐缓解、大便恢复及大便常规正常时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿免疫力指标Ig G、Ig A数值对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿Ig G、Ig A数值均优于治疗前;观察组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对轮状病毒性肠炎患儿采用双歧三联活菌散辅助蒙脱石散联合治疗,可明显提高治疗效果,缩短症状缓解时间,增强患儿免疫力,值得在临床上推广实施。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder in adjuvant treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis and its effect on body immunity.Method：A total of 94 patients with rotavirus enteritis diagnosed in pediatric department of our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were studied.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,47 cases in each group.The two groups were given rehydration,electrolyte imbalance correction and acidosis and other conventional treatment,the observation group was given Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder combined with Montmorillonite Powder treatment on the basis of this,the control group was given Montmorillonite Powder alone.The treatment effect,clinical symptom relief time and changes of immunity index in children between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.87%,which was higher than 82.98% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ X^2=4.028 6,P=0.044 7）.The antipyretic,abdominal pain relief,vomiting relief,stool recovery and normal fecal routine time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in the values of Ig G and Ig A between the two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the Ig G and Ig A values of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the observation group were better than those the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder assisted Montmorillonite Powder combination therapy can significantly improve the treatment effect,shorten the time of symptom relif,enhance the immunity of children,it is worth promoting the implementation of the clinic.
