摘要
目的分析应用双岐三联活菌片与蒙脱石散联合治疗小儿腹泻疾病的具体方法与效果。方法将沧州市南皮县中医医院儿科在2018年5月至2019年5月期间收治的腹泻患儿病例共计180例作为研究对象,按照使用治疗方法的不同将全部患儿分为两组:观察组与对照组,每组纳入患儿90例。给对照组单纯应用蒙脱石散治疗,对观察组应用联合用药方法治疗,将双岐三联活菌片与蒙脱石散联合应用,治疗后比较两组的治疗效果。结果比较两组治疗总有效率情况,观察组显著高于对照组,组间比较,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患儿体温恢复至正常用时,粪常规、大便恢复正常用时,腹痛、呕吐缓解用时,观察组情况均优于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹泻患儿应用联合用药治疗措施,能够取得较好的治疗效果,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the specific methods and effects of the combination of Shuangqi triple viable bacteria tablets and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods A total of 180 children with diarrhea admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Nanpi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Cangzhou City from May 2018 to May 2019 were studied.According to the different treatment methods,all the children were divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group,with 90 children in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder only,and the observation group was treated with combined drug therapy.The Shuangqi triple viable bacteria tablets were combined with montmorillonite powder.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results Comparing the total effective rate of the two groups,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and there was significant statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in terms of body temperature,fecal routine,stool routine,abdominal pain and vomiting relief,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined drug therapy for children with diarrhea can achieve better therapeutic effect and is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
